How to workout at home in quarantine

If you want to know, I could get beautiful abs and strong muscular arms with just a set of 3-pound weights and a mat at home. So this blog is also an answer to How to get six-packs and biceps by only working at home.

Remember working out isn’t something that you have to do just for 1 or 2 weeks. it’s something that has to persist to give the desired output. Really much like any other thing that you want to achieve in life, easy and quick fixes won’t last, and at most you’ll get a little bit of the sweet heavenly taste of dopamine and then after a while when that becomes mundane and you don’t do it, you’ll feel worse than before cause there isn’t even that little dopamine in your body.

During quarantine, I got bored a lot. I mean really I would have hung myself if it wasn’t for the amazing youtube channels that got me moving and made me feel good and got my body in shape and muscular :) for any mood or age, I’ve got some legit recommendations:

  1. For people who like to dance:

There are some channels that mostly have dance workouts like Fitness Marshall that make you move like you’re at a party! I mean seriously they make you forget where you are and what a ridiculous pandemic there is out there. The first few days you may feel awkward or uncomfortable but it’ll get better and you’ll get the groove.

2. For people who like to have a scheduled strict work out:

For these people, I very much recommend Fitness Blender. An awesome couple who started this youtube channel years ago and made very robust workout videos. Both of them are personal trainers and one of them is also educated is a nutritionist, so I guess you can trust them with your meals too.

3. Popsugar Fitness

This one, I’ve been working out with for maybe 2 years. They have both workout and dance videos. I definitely recommend this channel, But I write about it at the end of this blog, because I’m not really watching their videos that much and don’t think their latest videos are good enough. But go check out their Tabata and Zumba dance videos cause their legit good.
